Puerto Rico

Florida has a reciprocal agreement with Puerto Rico for the following lines of insurance:

7-20 - All Lines Adjuster 8-40 - Health 91-20 - Surplus Lines 8-14 - Life and Variable Annuity 9-20 - Property and Casualty 8-15 - Life, Health/Disability and Variable Annuity 21-05 - Insurance Agency

Puerto Rico residents who would like to work as non-resident insurance agents/adjusters/agencies in Florida may apply for the above licenses.

Canada

For the following lines of insurance:

7-20 - All Lines Adjuster 8-14 - Life and Variable Annuity 8-15 - Life, Health/Disability and Variable Annuity 8-40 - Health

7-20 - All Lines Adjuster - ONLY for purposes of adjusting portable electronics insurance claims, s. 626.8685(2), Florida Statutes. Canadian residents are not eligible for a true “All Lines” Adjuster license in Florida, and cannot collect claims information from, or furnish claims information to, insureds or claimants for any claim types, except for portable electronics related claims.
